Ethics Construction Company, LLC was founded in 2003 by Mike Dulin. His goal was to deliver a quality product in a timely fashion, being honest with clients, and never compromising his integrity. This formula has created a successful business and many happy clients. Mike has also put together an experienced team of employees that share in Mike’s philosophy and help to build quality custom homes in the greater Knoxville area.

Mike has worked in the building industry since 1996. Starting in the lumber supply business, he quickly learned the proper techniques of blue print reading and material take-offs. His product knowledge grew as well as his belief in the importance of customer service. In 2001, he left the service industry to become a superintendent for a custom home builder in Knoxville. He fine tuned his construction knowledge and began building a sub-contractor for use in his own company. In 2003, Mike started Ethics Construction Company, LLC.

Mike has completed the requirements for the Certified Graduate Builder designation and is currently working on his master certified builder designation.

David Bercaw / Superintendent
David has over 25 years of construction experience. His hands-on and supervision experience has given David an exceptional eye for detail. This, along with his excellent knowledge and demeanor, insures project efficiency without the compromise of quality.

David Gunn “Gunner” / Superintendent
Gunner has been in the construction industry for 15 years. His work ethic has proven to be a great asset time and time again. Gunner delivers quality in an efficient manner. His integrity and understanding of the company goals insures customer satisfaction.
